Why You Will this Ninja Creami Pistachio Ice Cream

So I’m lactose intolerant and I finally found a protein shake that I actually like and doesn’t leave any weird aftertaste. They had OWYN plant based protein shakes at Target and I picked one up.

It’s a little bit icy when blended but I added some pistachio pudding mix to the pint and shaked it up very well. Then I cut up some pistachios. Got a small little pouch of them at Aldi.

If you don’t want a pistachio flavor ice cream you can make cheesecake flavored with instant pudding mix. There are so many varieties to try!
