Sometimes people don’t deserve forgiveness, but we do it anyway why? to release those emotions, resolve it within to remain on a solid foundation.
Don’t suppress or push back any of your emotions, feel the realness of everything, experience and work on it then release and let it go, never forget but forgive.. and Forgive only then you can truly move on, and it’s what you deserve.
The process of forgiveness is powerful, it’s like turning negativity into positivity, sadness into happiness and uncertainty to clarity, the flow of healing as a surge of boldness and courage that moves you in a direction on a pathway that you are happy with travelling upwards to.
