Important Quotes:

“Championship Leadership is someone who demonstrates and someone who sees themselves as a leader working for their TEAM members and not the TEAM members working for them.”

“I felt like the more that I grew in my own career, the more I developed this interest in other people and in myself and how I grow.”

“Stepping into the discomfort is what allowed me to get me to achieve my goals and I do think, the more we tolerate discomfort the higher our chances of success in whatever success looks to us.”

“I do think that we all end up in situations where we have to pause and let go of some of the security of the comfort that we have in order to step into a new chapter and see what potential we actually have.”

About The Guest:

Ramona Shaw helps new and experienced managers become confident, high-performing leaders people love to work for.

I spent years working in a corporate setting as a former VP at a private equity firm. With seven years of leadership experience on an international scale, I’ve worked with a lot of highly successful and intelligent people and have noticed patterns of success in the world of business and life.

In many workplaces, young, talented, ambitious people are promoted into leadership roles early on. Within a few years of starting their career, they are managing a team and taking on significant new responsibilities. But there’s often not a lot of training involved.

Even though research shows that the level of satisfaction reported by employees is highly dependent on their most immediate relationships with managers and peers, training and skill development for new leaders often falls short.

This is where I can make an impact.

I enjoy working with committed and ambitious new leaders. I help my clients identify and achieve their leadership and performance goals using a blend of accountability, mindset, and strategy.

My personal mission is to help you become the best leader you can be, so you can inspire, engage, and positively influence those around you. All it requires is for you to take consistent steps forward, push outside your comfort zone, hone your skills, and keep challenging yourself. I’m here to be your guide, strategist, cheerleader, and partner on this journey.
